Days 2-3

Hey, hey, it's me Adam! Lookin' fly on my way to the first day of work! Yeah right, this suit they gave me is way too small for me. I mean, you can't even see my muscles. How am I supposed to get chicks at work to take notice? Oh well, guess I'll have to rely on my brains instead, this suit makes me look like a chump, seriously. Anyway, off to work as a budding architect, I'm so excited, this is my dream!

I could not believe this, my first chance card, all right! I'm supposed to get 80% right, so we will see, that was the deal anyway in my rewards...

Yes! First one didn't come out too bad, did it? Turns out, this guy I went to college with was... well, you'll see him a little later on.

This is what my dad did the entire time I was at work today, can you believe it? Talk about stress, tension headache! I think he was looking up sports or something, he gets bored being at home alone until he goes to work. Didn't I tell you? He has a part time job as a fish chummer, sounds pretty nasty to me but he's really liking it so far. He said it gets him out of the house or something, whatever. Shoveling fish guts is not my idea of fun, give me draft paper and a pencil any day!

Look at what that photographer lady caught while I was at work! Can you believe this woman? My dad pays her ten bucks an hour to half clean the house, I caught him mopping up puddles that SHE made out of the fish tank again, and she has the nerve to think this about him? And what's with the double bubbles, isn't one bad enough?! All he did was shoo her out of the bathroom so he could pee in private, she is SO out of here when I'm in charge. Lucy something or other, she's really not a great maid, fire her if you guys see her in your neighborhood!

So here is me and Daniel LeTourneau coming home from work. I met him during my college days, hence the school cheer. Gotta love those Gerbits! Okay, corny! Anywho, he's still in school, guess he was behind me, not sure how long he's actually been there but he's really a lot of fun! Anyone who wears a cow suit must be fun, right?

That's me, out of my stuffy suit, could not wait to show off my pecs, even if it was just us guys. Hey, that photographer lady said she likes my muscles, lay off!

Daniel is super cool and playing a game of kicky bag really reminded me of college. Maybe I should have had more fun instead of sticking my nose in a book every night.

Well, maybe not! I do love me some books. I'm only like two points away from maxing out my mechanical skill, I would be stupid not to go for it.

Daniel's still around here somewhere, leave me alone so I can study!

*Okay, bookworm. Why couldn't you bring home a chick from work and get jiggy wit it?*

Cause Daniel is fun and...and...I said leave me alone!

"Huh? Who the heck are you? Leave me alone, this water is so awesome and you are so annoying!"

*Excuuuuuse me! Cow*

"Adam told me about you, well I'm not a Morris, so beat it lady!"

*Okay, cow. Hey, are you naykey under those bubbles! Yipes!* (Throws down camera and runs for it)

So after hearing an earful from my photographer about my fugly, rude, naked friends in the hot tub, I went to sleep. I mean jeez, it's not like anyone was out there with him. And the cow suit must be hot, so he probably doesn't wear anything under it.

I was fast asleep when I saw something outside my window. What? I dunno, I went back to sleep. I did hear my dad go outside though, I thought it was weird because it was raining and it was super late but I had to work the next day, so I stayed in bed. What? Just cause my dad is old doesn't mean I'm going to babysit him.

Get this, the next morning before I went to work, he was ranting and raving about seeing the ghost of my mom, can you believe that? How ridiculous. I went to work and told him that it was just some fog from the storm and not to worry. He didn't look like he believed me though, he really must be losing it. Yeah, that's it, losing it. Ghosts are not real, duh.

I'm really liking this photographer lady, she captures all the great stuff I miss while I'm at work. We have a gardener too! I wondered who trimmed all the bushes and everything. What, I thought it could have been the photographer.

*Yeah right, keep dreamin*

What, it's not THAT far fetched. Anyway, her name is Erica Jaya...err, somethin' and I haven't even gotten to meet her yet. I'll probably keep her around, she actually does her job unlike someone else I know in the public service department. *Cough* Maid Lady *Cough, Cough*

Look at this! I totally missed this great moment for my dad! Glad I got a picture of it!

*Say what? Who got it?*

Okay, YOU did, but I got to see it. I'm so proud of my dear old dad, he really has worked hard to provide for his family. Aw man, I just noticed that his life meter is getting pretty full. And hey, what's that little ghosty icon mean? He did NOT see a ghost, I don't believe it!

Man, another chance card? Do I have to get one every day I work? Oh yeah, that's me with some head thingy my dad had that's supposed to make learning faster. I forgot to take it off before I went to work. It was starting to make me feel funny though, maybe I had it on too long?
*Ya think? It's not supposed to be worn all day, Adam*

NOW she tells me! UGH, I'll probably have second degree burns or something now.

Poo, well I guess that could have turned out worse anyway. I heard that sometimes you can get fired by picking the wrong thing on a chance card. That cannot be true.

*Yes it can, I've seen it happen. Mwa ha ha*

Back from my second day of work, I'm really diggin' it so far. Daniel came home with me, again! I still can't figure out what he does, I'm not even sure he actually works there. My dad is getting behind again, he doesn't check the mail anymore. I mean, there are bills in here, hello! Ever since he supposedly saw that ghost, he's been scouring the internet for ways to contact the dead. Gimme a break, I'm paying these bills and sticking my nose in a mechanical book.

Wow! This thing really works! I maxed out my mechanical skill, boo yeah! But my head really hurts, so I think I'll take this weird thingy off now.

*Probably a good idea*

Yeah, yeah, you told me so. I'm starved, are you coming upstairs to stare at me eat?

*You know it*

I thought so.

Go away, jeez! Let me enjoy my accomplishment in peace with this sparkly fish dish.

*Puh, Mr. No Fun*

Yeah well, call me crazy but the last time I checked, shy people do not like to be the center of attention. Go find Daniel, he's probably streaking in the hot tub again.

*Cow face? No thanks, had enough of that eyeful, didn't you guys?*

Nothing too eventful happened over the two days, so sorry if this one is a bit boring!
I saw Allyn's ghost roaming around the yard for the first time, HAD to capture that! Of course, she scared poor Gabe, you wouldn't think they would do that to sims they loved!
Daniel was totally naked in the hot tub and stayed until the next day. He was shocking everyone that would walk by! LOL.
As I showed, Gabe's time is almost up, I think I'm going to avoid the elixer of life and just let him go. :(
I couldn't believe he actually made $100,000! I rarely ever get them to actually earn that much.
