Well, as you can see, my house is a little different. I did some major construction and redecorating since it really reminded me of my parents, too depressing, you know?

*Sure, and I see that something else is missing*

Yeah, I did it. I closed my mom's flower shop. I just didn't have the time to keep it open what with work and everything. And besides, I couldn't make the awesome arrangements that she did. Maybe someday if I get married I'll open a shop up again but definitely not right now.

What? No snide remarks from the peanut gallery?

*Nah, I totally understand. Your mom would too, I'm sure*

Oh...well, thanks. Maybe you aren't so bad after all. But you still have some kind of shower fetish.

*He he he, maybe just a little one*

Well...I've been thinking about Amanda a lot, we're getting really close, I would say she's almost my best friend. But I think I have a crush on her. Okay, I know I do! But I'm really not sure she likes me that way, I mean we did have one kiss but it could have just been a one time thing.

*Why don't you try for another kiss, maybe she'll surprise you*

Maybe...but I'm going to finish breakfast before I call her, you know I'm a good cook, these eggs rock!

*Sigh. Yeah, yeah, Mr. Chef boy, go call your girl before I go crazy, I'm dying to see some mini-Adams you know*

Hey, the house has to look good before I invite someone over, besides I fired the maid, remember?

There she is...I might pass out, my stomach is in knots.

"H-hey Amanda! Glad you decided to come over."

"Of course, I can't ever wait to see you!" she smiled and kissed me on the cheek and my insides turned to mush.

She's so amazing, I mean just look at her! I think I'm falling head over heels here...

*Well, are you just going to stand there? Do something, be romantic for crying out loud!*

This romantic enough for you?

*A kiss on the hand always worked for me! Looks like Amanda approves too, I told you so, what's not to love?*

Yeah, you were right, it never hurts to try, right? So after thinking about what you said, I decided to get really romantic!

*Oh dear! I'd say! You'll make a heartthrob dad proud yet!*

We spent the rest of the day (and night!) like that. Just being with each other, having fun, cuddling and enjoying the snow. Can you believe it's winter already? Crazy right? Well, you want to hear something else crazy? I asked Amanda to move in with me...and she said yes! I couldn't believe it, I guess she really does feel the same way.

*Uh huh, what did I tell you, what's not to like? Maybe someday you'll see things my way! So...a new house mate! (Rubs hands together excitedly)*

Oh I can already imagine the intimate torture you have planned.

*Ah, blame it on your dad, he's the one who started this whole legacy thing*

I can't believe she got lucky at work like I did, you never know how those chance card thingies are going to come out, pretty sweet huh?

*Yeah, I guess. Um, gots to go Adam dear, lots to do, pictures to snap*

*Oh...sorry, guess Adam neglected to mention me. I'm doing a...documentary on the Morris family, his dad asked me to follow the generations and keep a photo journal*

"Well, do you have to take these kind of pictures?! Talk about rude!"

*Hey, I cut off the good bits (Evil laugh as she exits the bathroom, camera faithfully in hand)*

"So how are you adjusting to the Morris way of life, constantly having a camera shoved in your face?"

"I think I can handle it, I'd handle just about anything you want me to."

*Cough, cough...well, if you'll just excuse me, I think that's my cue!*

*Sneaks back into bedroom and squeals with excitement, finally!*

So, so sorry for the wait, this has been drafted since September, thank you all again for being so patient!

I completely redid the house, got sick of the living area being on the second floor, and closed the flower shop. Maybe now that I have one more sim in the house I'll start it back up again.

Amanda is the same sim, she looks different because I got default skin and eye replacements since the last update, I also gave her a hair and makeup makeover since she moved in. I think she's super cute now!

I cannot wait to see this guy's babies, I'm keeping my fingers crossed they inherit the skintone and not the Maxis one.
